How will my donation help?

Keep The Faith FoundationINTERESTED IN JOINING KTF?  It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4

We are pleased that you are considering KTF as a part of your recovery and reentry plan. We know the investment you are making will have big rewards if you remain focused and follow through (you can do it!). Therefore we want to make sure you make good use of your time by giving you the information you need to put your best foot forward.

Step One >> Take our Stage of Recovery Readiness self-assessment test and email it to our office. CLICK HERE to access a copy of the test. Email the completed document to our office, to the attention of KTF Administrator at admin@keepthefaithfoundation.com.

Once you’ve completed this document including your number, address, and a reliable number where you can be reached, a KTF representative will contact you within 48 hours.

Since we routinely manage a waiting list, please keep in mind that a call back may mean we have a slot OR you are being placed on a waiting list.

Step Two>> A KTF representative will contact you, inform you we have a slot and will schedule an appointment for you to come in and formerly introduce yourself and you will be given information to prepare you for your time in the program. Be prepared to spend at least 15 minutes with our office on your first visit.

Step Three >> After receiving information on the program and following instructions that you were given in your initial visit, you will return to the office a second time and complete your registration. On your second visit please bring two forms of ID and be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes. By the end of your registration, you will be notified of when you can start attending training classes and counseling sessions.

Step Four >> Attend all the classes you are directed to attend (arriving on time as necessary) and recommended counseling sessions.

You’re on your way!
